Enrollment Information

 2026-27 4-H ENROLLMENT 

• Enrollment opens Monday, August 17th!

• 4-H is open to youth ages 3rd to 12th grade.

• Enrollment fee is $25 until October 31st. The fee increases to $30 on November 1st. 

• YOU MUST BE ENROLLED BEFORE YOU CAN COMPETE IN ANY 4-H EVENT.

**NEW FOR 2026-27**
We are excited to announce we have a new enrollment system!

TX4H was created by our very own Texas 4-H office, specifically for Texas 4-H. Please be patient as the state transfers over to the new system and works through the kinks. 

To help you get familiar with the new system,  we will be available at the office to help walk you through it and show you the system:
=> Tuesday, August 18 until 7:00 PM
=> Tuesday, August 25 until 7:00 PM
=> Tuesday, September 1 until 7:00 PM
=> anytime during the workday
=> can do virtual walkthroughs as well!

 2026-27 CLOVER KID ENROLLMENT 

• Enrollment opens Monday, August 17th!

• Clover Kids are for Kindergarten-2nd Graders

• Enrollment fee is $10. 

• Enrollment process is the same as 4-H'ers. Please reference above for instructions!

 206-27 VOLUNTEER ENROLLMENT 

• You MUST register as a volunteer if:

  • you will be transporting 4-H'ers to 4-H events or contests

  • you will be coaching, teaching, or leading  youth in any capacity

  • you have a child involved in the program

• If you are not registered as a 4-H volunteer, then you will not be covered in the event something were to happen.

• Enrollment fee is $10. 

• You must complete a background check (good for 3 years) and complete two trainings: Child Protection Training and Volunteer Orientation (good for 2 years).

• Enrollment process is the same as for 4-H'ers. Please reference above for instructions!
