 GENERAL INFORMATION 

WHAT IS A PLT?

• Project Leadership Teams (PLTs) are leadership teams comprised of 4-H'ers and Adult Leaders responsible for planning, organizing, and conducting county-wide project experience for all Lynn County 4-H'ers.

• Team members are considered leaders of that project for the county.

• This is an excellent leadership opportunity for any 4-H'er and a great way for adults to serve as a mentor!
